The Staff of Genesys Family Medicine will make every reasonable effort to full fill your medication request within 24 hours. However, due to factors beyond our control (for example: medication backorders from the supplier or changes in your insurance information which we have not yet received, etc.) your refill request maybe delayed.

Please allow 24 hours for your prescription request to be processed.
If you are placing your request on a weekend, it will be ready on Tuesday.
